No-Refund Policy
Due to hygiene and personal care reasons, FemStyle does not offer refunds on any purchased innerwear, shapewear, abdominal belts, or related products once the order has been delivered.
By placing an order on our website, you agree to this no-refund policy.
Exchanges for Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or defective item, we will gladly offer an exchange.
To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the faulty item
- Include your order number or receipt
Once approved, we will arrange a replacement item for you.
Please note:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with:
- A photo of the item received
- Your order number or receipt
We will work quickly to correct the issue and send the correct product.
Refund Exceptions
Refunds may only be issued in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- unavailable stock after payment
- duplicate payment
- canceled order before shipment
If approved, refunds will be sent to the original payment method used at checkout.
