Bengkung is a traditional Malaysian Belly Binding method. It is the practice of tying a long strip of cloth around the abdomen during the postpartum recovery period to ensure strong support to the womb after birth.

Optimal timing for wearing the bind is around 1-3 days postpartum for a vaginal birth and around 6 weeks for a cesarean birth. Wearing the bind for up to 10 hours a day and up to 40 days postpartum will provide the most benefit.

Regular binds fit up to UK size 18. For larger sizes, please order the custom - extra length bind.
